Application Form

At Joseph's College you do not have to worry about expensive deposits. A $50 application fee, copies of your birth certificate, high school diploma or GED, high school transcripts, a completed application and admissions interview are all you need to enroll. (Marriage License and Criminal History are also required, if applicable)

Students currently still attending high school can apply now and submit the copy of their diploma when they graduate. Call 800-742-7827 to schedule a campus visit or complete the Contact Us form.

The following items must be sent in addition to submitting your application online. You will NOT be considered for admission if the below items are not sent to our Admissions Office.

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate (Must be a registered copy, legible and complete, with date and legal name)
  2. Copy of High School Diploma, GED, or High School Transcripts
  3. Marriage License (if married currently or previously married)
  4. Criminal Record (if applicable)
  5. $50.00 Application Fee
